Apart from the products being amazing, your customer service is fantastic. From assisting to pick out pieces, colour selection and arranging delivery of our items, Gemma has been a pleasure to work with. Nothing has been too much trouble and she worked through all my questions, variations and issues in a friendly, helpful and professional manner. The team who came out to install our furniture were terrific. The were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them on the day of install. The library was left looking amazing and all packing was removed, leaving the library ready for use. Thank you so much to the team at DVA for making this experience stress free and enjoyable.

Working with Gemma and the DVA team was a pleasure through the whole experience. Building a new Library is a complex task, and the support along the way with planning, products, colour range, pricing and freight was a smooth and enjoyable experience.

The experience with DVA was amazing. Everything from the room planning to the material selections was such a positive experience. Being in a regional area the staff were always helpful with selections through to the delivery. Our staffroom is now a pleasure to use, and all staff are enjoying the new furniture and layout.

A very smooth process without any issues. The staff were easy to contact and replied in a timely manner. A representative from DVA visited on site to help with design and colours. Delivery was well organised and without any issues. The furniture ordered was ready and delivered in 4 weeks which was super-fast for custom-made furniture. A very positive experience.
